Freshco Facilities Coordinators are responsible for servicing multi-site retail clients in North America. From start to finish, Facilities Coordinators process work order requests received by our clients, and follow them through to completion into the billing process.

Education and other skills:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment preferred. Or three-plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual language skills is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.

Job Summary: Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Freshco’s Facilities Preventative Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for servicing multi-site clients in North America (or as assigned). From start to finish, She/He/They process, dispatch, and monitor, demand and preventative work order requests received by our clients and follow them through to completion into the billing process. Furthermore, the Coordinator negotiates rates and develops meaningful relationships with the technicians and monitors their performance. Programs and services include (but not limited to) HVAC, Handyman programs, FLS, and janitorial.

Education and other skills:
  • Two to four years of experience in a multi-site facilities preventative maintenance environment preferred. Or three-plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual or tri-lingual language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Estimating, preparation of the phasing plans and project schedule.
  • Coordinating with our project support personnel to finalize the pricing of the projects.
  • Managing and scheduling contractors.
  • Reviewing the project plans and commenting on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential problems.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Establishing and monitoring of budgets and observance of variance controls.
  • Manage site communications and issue resolution.
  • Overseeing construction and conducting periodic site inspections to ensure quality, timing, and adherence to standards.
  • Communicating with clients as needed.
  • Liaising with various internal contacts including the Contractors, Invoicing team, Site Supervisors and the Construction Manager to ensure projects are completed as per plan.
  • Hours of work: Days and nights as per project requirements.
  • Must have the ability to travel across Canada for Project work.

Résumé du poste :

Les coordonnateurs des installations Freshco sont chargés de servir les clients de détail multi-sites en Amérique du Nord. Du début à la fin, les coordonnateurs des installations traitent les demandes de service reçues par nos clients et les supervisent jusqu’à la fin du processus de facturation.

Éducation et autres compétences :
  • Minimum souhaité de quatre ans d’expérience dans un environnement de maintenance d’installations sur plusieurs sites. Ou trois ans et plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou en soutien administratif.
  • Solides compétences informatiques : MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Expérience de l’utilisation de QuickBase, Service Channel et d’autres plateformes de bons de commandes de services.
  • Bilingue français / anglais requis.
  • Solides compétences de gestions des relations interpersonnelles requises.
  • Capacité d’adaptation et d’apprentissage pour répondre aux exigences changeantes du poste.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement et de manière indépendante au sein d’un bureau Freshco local ou en télétravail.

Résumé du poste : Gérant de Projects, Construction

Les responsabilités liées à ce poste comprennent, entre autres, les tâches suivantes :

  • Estimation, préparation du calendrier d’exécution et échéancier du projet.
  • Coordination avec notre personnel de soutien afin de finaliser la tarification des projets.
  • Gestion et planification des sous-traitants.
  • Examiner les phases du projet et analyser la conception, la planification, les mesures d’économies possibles et les problèmes potentiels.
  • S’assurer que les projets sont livrés à temps et selon le budget défini.
  • Établissement et suivi des budgets et respect des contrôles des écarts.
  • Gérer la communication sur le site et gérer la résolution des problèmes.
  • Superviser la construction et effectuer des inspections périodiques du site pour s’assurer de la qualité, du respect du calendrier et du respect des normes.
  • Communiquer avec les clients au besoin.
  • Assurer la liaison avec divers contacts internes, y compris les sous-traitants, l’équipe de facturation, les superviseurs de chantier et le directeur de la construction pour s’assurer que les projets seront terminés conformément au programme établi.
  • Heures de travail: Jours et nuits selon les exigences du projet.
  • Doit avoir la possibilité de voyager partout au Canada pour les projets.
Éducation et autres compétences
  • Une formation collégiale de deux à quatre ans est souhaitée ou une expérience équivalente dans un environnement de maintenance d’installations sur plusieurs sites.
  • Connaissances approfondies du métier et de l’industrie en général.
  • Compétences informatiques – MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Bilingue français / anglais requis.
  • Capacité d’adaptation et d’apprentissage pour répondre aux exigences changeantes du poste.

Job Summary: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Estimating, preparation of the phasing plans and project schedule.
  • Coordinating with our project support personnel to finalize the pricing of the projects.
  • Managing and scheduling contractors.
  • Reviewing the project plans and commenting on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential problems.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Establishing and monitoring of budgets and observance of variance controls.
  • Manage site communications and issue resolution.
  • Overseeing construction and conducting periodic site inspections to ensure quality, timing, and adherence to standards.
  • Communicating with clients as needed.
  • Liaising with various internal contacts including the Contractors, Invoicing team, Site Supervisors and the Construction Manager to ensure projects are completed as per plan.
  • Hours of work: Days and nights as per project requirements.
  • Must have the ability to travel across Canada for Project work.
Education and other skills
  • A two or four-year college education is preferred or equivalent experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment.
  • Extensive general trade and industry knowledge.
  • Computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Bi-lingual language skills required.
  • Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
  • Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks.

Furthermore, the Coordinator negotiates rates and develops meaningful relationships with the technicians and monitors their performance. Programs and services include (but not limited to) HVAC, Handyman programs, FLS, and janitorial.

  • Two to four years of experience in a multi-site facilities preventative maintenance environment preferred. Or three plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual or tri-lingual language skills is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.

De plus, le/la coordonnateur(trice) négocie les tarifs et développe des relations de confiance avec les techniciens et supervise leur performance. Les programmes et services incluent (mais sans s’y limiter) CVC, programmes des réparateurs, assistance de premier niveau et services de conciergerie.

Education and other skills:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment preferred. Or three-plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual language skills is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely.

  • Estimating, preparation of the phasing plans and project schedule.
  • Coordinating with our project support personnel to finalize the pricing of the projects.
  • Managing and scheduling contractors.
  • Reviewing the project plans and commenting on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential problems.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Establishing and monitoring of budgets and observance of variance controls.
  • Manage site communications and issue resolution.
  • Overseeing construction and conducting periodic site inspections to ensure quality, timing, and adherence to standards.
  • Communicating with clients as needed.
