Education and other skills:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment preferred. Or three-plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual language skills is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely.

Éducation et autres compétences :
  • Minimum souhaité de quatre ans d’expérience dans un environnement de maintenance d’installations sur plusieurs sites. Ou trois ans et plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou en soutien administratif.
  • Solides compétences informatiques : MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Expérience de l’utilisation de QuickBase, Service Channel et d’autres plateformes de bons de commandes de services.
  • Bilingue français / anglais requis.
  • Solides compétences de gestions des relations interpersonnelles requises.

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a multi-site facilities maintenance environment preferred. Or three-plus years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills-MS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using QuickBase, Service Channel and other work order platforms.
  • Bi-lingual language skills is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely.
